We’re looking for a Engineering Manager to lead and support engineering teams in the design, development, and delivery of high-impact digital products and solutions. This role is critical in driving collaboration, fostering innovation, and aligning efforts with business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy: Support the strategic direction of the engineering team and assist in aligning team efforts with broader business goals and objectives. Develop and communicate a clear vision for the engineering organization, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Team Management: Manage and support a team of engineers, providing guidance and contributing to their professional growth. Create a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members are empowered to excel and contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Project Management: Participate in the planning and coordination of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
  • Technical Excellence: Promote best practices in development and encourage the adoption of emerging tools and technologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to drive technical strategy and decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, and customer support, to understand their needs and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide input that supports stakeholders' needs.
  • Performance Management: Contribute to performance tracking and suggest improvements to team workflows and outcomes. Implement processes and systems to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in technical engineering, with previous experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience managing small to mid-sized engineering teams or technical projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving collaboration to achieve common goals.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
