🔍The Role:

As a Project Manager within the PMO, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of business-critical projects aligned with the company’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver small, medium, and large-scale projects on time, within scope, and on budget. 

Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, you will support the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to ensure that even complex, high-impact projects are delivered effectively and contribute to overall business success.

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure adherence to timelines, milestones, and reporting requirements. 
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including short- and long-term milestones, ensuring alignment with deadlines.# 
  • Evaluate options and make informed decisions to guide project progress and resolve challenges effectively. 
  • Act as a central point of contact when multiple departments or units are involved, ensuring cohesive team coordination and synergy. 
  • Maintain regular communication with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals 
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle to uphold company standards and objectives. 
  • Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively adjust schedules, scope, or resources as needed based on evolving needs or funding changes 
  • Manage and maintain
    accurate project documentation and reporting throughout all project phases.

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate project team members to achieve high performance and accountability. 
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive updates, stakeholder meetings, and internal communication.. 
  • Organize, attend, and contribute to project and team meetings; document key decisions, actions, and follow-ups; and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Support the PMO in maintaining detailed records and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for audits or internal reviews.. 
  •  Ensure all projects adhere to defined governance frameworks and quality assurance standards. 
  • Continuously monitor deliverables, timelines, and resource utilization, escalating risks or issues to senior management as needed. 
  • Foster a high standard of customer service in all stakeholder interactions, promoting transparency, responsiveness, and trust. 

 
🎯Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar industry 
  • Prince 2 qualification 
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence and Asana.
