The Opportunity

Aeroflow Health is seeking a multimedia graphic designer with a knack for both the art, and the science, of compelling creative. This role offers the opportunity to oversee important areas such as brand guideline governance and maintenance, development of internal and external creative, and continued improvement efforts including brand audits. If you’re passionate about marketing, especially in the B2B or healthcare space, and bringing brands to life we’d love to hear from you.

As the Multimedia Graphic Designer you will play an important role in leveraging and shaping Aeroflow’s internal and external brand ecosystem. Collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, and the rest of the Corporate Marketing team, you will help create collateral across digital channels that elevate our brand and foster internal and external audience engagement—as well as enable our sales team. By creating powerful designs to help tell our stories, you will contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven organization making a tangible difference.

 

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity and Vision:
    • Define and build upon visual brand standards for all channels and manage occasional brand audits (including font, colors, layouts, templates, photography and other standards)
    • Work closely with other business unit marketing teams, when needed, to ensure brand standards are adhered to across all marketing channels
    • Work closely with our web, digital and content leads to help define standards and ensure these standards are met across online platforms
  • Videography:
    • Work closely with marketing team members and external partners to create storyboards and video scripts as well as managing video projects from conception to completion
    •  Can create animated graphics and develop videos for demos and brand campaigns
    • Ability to independently edit raw video assets for social media, email, paid advertising, and website usage
  • Graphic Design:
    • Create compelling, eye-catching visual assets for use across all marketing channels that align with brand standards and resonate with our target audience(s)
    • As needed, work closely with marketing and outside sales team members to develop Canva and other templates for various use cases such as presentations, social media posts, print collateral, etc. to streamline design processes while maintaining brand integrity
  • Project Management:
    • Manage day-to-day workload using Jira while keeping key stakeholders informed and prioritizing projects as needed
    • Work closely with external freelancers (video, animation) to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Regularly conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables across all marketing platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before final submission
    • Collaborate with team members to gather comprehensive feedback on deliverables, meticulously evaluating input to drive iterative improvements and ensure high-quality results

  •  Maintain HIPPA/patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 3-5 years experience with multimedia design, including a strong portfolio showcasing video editing, brand projects, creative design solutions, and template creation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software
  • Experience translating creative designs into platforms such as Canva or Google for other team member usage
  • Video editing and animated motion graphics experience in Adobe or similar platform (outside of Canva, iMovie, or CapCut)
  • Experience illustrating, designing, and editing animations / GIFs
  • Demonstrates an understanding and passion for branding
  • Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental design principles, grids, typography, graphic design, color, layout, iconography, imagery, and design systems
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Jira or similar project management software is preferred
  • Experience utilizing Figma and similar platforms
  • Comfortable working in fast paced environments, quickly changing priorities when needed
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies is required
