The Technical Inside Sales Leader Americas is responsible for leading a small team of inside Sales personnel tasked with supporting Pall Medical's commercial teams to qualify leads, generate sales and ensure Customer Satisfaction. While working in a multidisciplinary team across different business functions, you will get the chance to grow your network, learn Pall Medical's unique business model, and develop sales, marketing, and operational skills for your career. Your team’s support of our customer-facing activities will contribute directly to our success and play a key role in improving customer experience.

This position reports to the Medical Americas Sales Leader and is part of the Medical Commercial organization located in USCAN and will be fully remote.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with customers to assess needs and provide tailored product and technical support for optimal Pall Medical solutions.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical experts to deliver high-quality customer guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, leads, and client interactions in Salesforce.com.
  • Support lead generation and qualification efforts, including re-engaging lost/stalled opportunities and preshow targeting initiatives.
  • Provide actionable feedback to management to support continuous improvement in commercial processes and campaigns.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience, including 2+ years in a scientific commercial role.
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to build collaborative relationships and contribute in cross-functional teams.
  • Applies scientific and engineering knowledge to solve problems, drive engagement, and support continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to manage workload independently while staying composed under pressure.
  • Technically proficient with digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, Teams, Microsoft Office) and enthusiastic about learning and promoting Pall Medical products.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Danaher Business System skills and Certified Practitioner status in a tool
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Business Intelligence (PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)
  • ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • CRM (SFDC, SAP, etc.)

The salary range for this role is $100,000-115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
