The Role: Accounting Assistant
The Location: São Paulo / Rio de Janeiro

The Impact:
This role involves performing accounting classifications, entries, and reconciliations; preparing trial balances and balance sheets; calculating taxes such as CSLL and IR; submitting tax obligations such as DCTF, ECD, and SPED accounting; calculating depreciation of fixed assets; managing accounting spreadsheets and reports; data entry; account classification; reconciliation of balance sheet and income accounts; and preparing trial balances.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting, financial, and tax entries

• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income accounts

• Support the preparation of various ancillary obligations, such as DCTF, SPED Accounting (ECD), ECF, EFD/Contributions, DIRF, etc.

• Assist in preparing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, and explanatory notes)

• Assist with internal and external audits as well as any inspections

• Perform other duties related to the position

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Active CRC (if graduated)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with ERP MXM-Webmanager (optional)

• Previous experience providing services to companies (BPO) in various sectors, between 1 to 3 years

• Hands-on profile, with analytical skills, good communication with the team, other departments, and clients; teamwork, flexibility, organization, and commitment
