Project Specialist, Zero Emission Assistance Program

We are seeking a Project Specialist, Zero Emission Assistance Program to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. Together, we are building stronger communities by getting students and colleges the resources they need to succeed and expanding pathways to economic and social mobility across California. What You’ll Do 

• Serves as primary point of contact for routine approved service providers, education partners, workforce development organization and participant inquiries regarding program status, documentation requirements, and next steps in the ZAP process.

• Assists the ZEV Master Technician with management of participant case files, diagnostic reports, repair invoices, and technical documentation to ensure completeness and program compliance.

•  Coordinates and tracks scheduling of diagnostic appointments, and monitors program timelines.

Attributes for Success   

• Knowledge of zero-emission vehicle technology concepts and terminology preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with CARB programs including Clean Cars 4 All, Clean Vehicle Assistance Program, and Driving Clean Assistance Program a plus.
