Job description

Position Purpose: Perform ongoing measurement, analysis, and monitoring of business process and member outcomes data sets.

  • Develop and update quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports including analysis and narrative for NCQA accreditation and Health Plan deliverables
  • Perform other performance and process improvement activities as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Candidates should reside in Pacific Time Zone

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or related field. 2+ of performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement experience. Experience in public sector managed care/managed behavioral health care preferred. Experience with standard statistics software preferred. Intermediate Excel experience. Data Analysis experience preferred.

License/Certification: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.

Pay Range: $26.50 - $47.59 per hour
