Job description

Job Description​

Saint Luke’s in Kansas City is seeking a Resource Coordinator to join our team. The Resource Coordinator CSO maintains business functions as they relate to resource management to include but not limited to contracted clinical agency staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains consistent and accurate documentation for resource records; billing and timekeeping.

  • Completes onboarding procedures as defined to ensure all resources are able to perform as assigned.

  • Liaison for supported Saint Luke’s facilities and departments with contracted vendors as defined.

  • Understands Saint Luke’s policies and procedures along with department processes as they relate to the onboarding and support of contracted resources. 

  • Develops and organizes the operations and procedures with contracted staff.

  • Responsible for prioritized flow of general and clerical operations.

  • Designs, develops and presents accurate data for leadership as it relates to the utilization of contracted agency resources. Provides regular weekly updates to management and team.
