About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is looking for a seasoned Sr Director, LATAM Sales to join our global Sales team to spearhead growth in the LATAM market. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving new business, revenue, technology adoption and market penetration in clients (mostly enterprise and SMB accounts). You will focus on building executive relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, deepening partnerships (especially with AWS), and accelerating revenue.

This is an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales executive who thrives on driving results, leading from the front, and collaborating cross-functionally with delivery and marketing teams to win and expand business. You’ll be a key voice in how we show up in the market and how we shape client strategy and execution. You will also manage a small team of Account Managers.

How You Will Make An Impact

Revenue Leadership:

  • Generate new sales contracts and consistently drive revenue and market share across LATAM, with a focus on enterprise and SMB clients.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Contribute to the visibility and positioning of Netrix Global’s full portfolio: Cloud Migration & DevOps, Security, Data & AI, MSP, IoT, and more.
  • Forecast and develop regional sales plans in alignment with Netrix objectives.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Build and execute comprehensive account and territory plans.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal and closing.
  • Ensure opportunity tracking and documentation in internal systems (CRM, APN, etc.)
  • Lead the proposal process, coordinating compelling and customized value propositions around Netrix Global offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a solid, recurring sales pipeline through a consultative approach that includes stakeholder mapping, BANT, and relationship-building.

Client Engagement:

  • Accelerate customer adoption by engaging with C-level executives and key decision-makers across accounts.
  • Work closely with AWS, Microsoft and other partners to expand reach and drive joint sales opportunities.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while building long-term strategic relationships.

Demand Generation & Business Development:

  • Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to design and execute demand generation strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new account opportunities, expanding Netrix’s installed base.

Team & Internal Collaboration:

  • Participate in internal sales meetings and client coordination efforts
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with delivery and technical pre-sales teams.
  • Assemble and deliver client-ready presentations and proposals
What You Will Bring To The Table
  • 10+ years in technology sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success selling cloud and digital services to enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $5M USD Equivalent in annual sales targets.
  • Deep familiarity with AWS and/or cloud partner ecosystems (certifications a plus).
  • Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Skilled at stakeholder mapping, opportunity qualification (e.g., BANT), and managing complex deal cycles.
  • Strong business acumen, solution selling expertise, and an ability to connect technical solutions to client outcomes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and can operate with autonomy.
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment, as well as excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Location: Argentina

Shift: 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to Friday
