About the Role

IIX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the IIX Intelligence Platform. This role requires a hybrid skill set across data research, program/project management, and technical collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis (ideally in ESG), experience in working with technology teams on product or platform development, and the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects and programs under the IIX Intelligence platform, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth data research and analysis, particularly in the areas of ESG, sustainability, and impact investing.
• Collaborate closely with the technology team for the design, development, and enhancement of data platforms and tools.
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) for platform features and functionalities.
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support integration of data across platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective visualization.
• Represent IIX at internal meetings and global forums, advocating for data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.
• Uphold and demonstrate IIX's PREM values (Purpose, Rigor, Empathy, and Mindfulness) in all responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant technical/ESG certification is a plus.

Experience:

• 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in data research and analysis, preferably in ESG or sustainability domains.
• Proven track record in program/project management, including international and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with technology teams in data platform or product development.
• Exposure to global ESG standards and frameworks is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and basic scripting or data handling using SQL, Python, or AI tools.
• Familiarity with analytics, data integration, and visualization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ESG data tools or platforms.
• ESG-related certifications or coursework.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Technological curiosity and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
