We need an English-fluent Social Media & Marketing Specialist, based in CENTRAL AMERICA, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid ads, and content.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media (especially LinkedIn & Instagram).
  • Create compelling visuals, copy, and video content.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Develop compelling case studies, engaging scripts, and captivating storytelling formats.
  • Manage the social media calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders for key campaigns and announcements.
  • Managing Marketing Projects, coordinating with external collaborators (designers, videographers, photographers, writers) to ensure high-quality content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.), and report on KPIs.
  • Timely deliver quality control across content assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with website updates, newsletters, and marketing collateral as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and social media trends.
  • Integrate feedback quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media channels (especially Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Proven experience in content creation, including copywriting, visuals, graphics and video production
  • Experience developing and overseeing content strategy for personal brands and companies.
  • Experience with design and copywriting is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Figma, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Experience with performance marketing is a plus (e.g., running paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, or Google).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content strategy is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
  • A balance of creative execution and strategic thinking
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, receptive to feedback, committed to continuous improvement, and willing to engage proactively in hands-on tasks.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY directly with the GoFasti team.
