Senior Executive Assistant
Location: Vermont (Hybrid)
Are you a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential administrative support to our CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team.

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for executive leadership.
Provide high-level support to the Board of Directors and committees, including meeting logistics and record-keeping.
Support internal leadership meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and special events such as retreats and organizational milestones.
Serve as a key liaison between departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
Assist with event coordination and administrative support for the Philanthropy team.
Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Handle inquiries and action items with professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment.
Own and lead special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
5–7 years of experience in executive-level administrative support.
Mastery of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a high level of professionalism.
Ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and maintain discretion.
Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven settings is a plus.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
Confidence interacting with senior leadership, board members, and external partners.
Hybrid role: Work from home 2–3 days per week.
Occasional travel required for Board and Leaders Retreats.
Standard office environment with typical physical requirements.
