About the Team
The Integrations team is the bridge between ClickHouse and the entire data ecosystem. We build and maintain the connections that make ClickHouse accessible to millions of developers and data practitioners worldwide. Our work spans from low-level database drivers to high-level data visualization plugins, ensuring that ClickHouse seamlessly integrates with the tools our users already know and love.
We're responsible for the official language clients (Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, Rust, C++), major data connectors (Kafka, dbt, Spark, Fivetran), and integrations with leading visualization platforms (Grafana, Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase).
What will you do?
As a Software Engineer specializing in data connectors and transformation frameworks, you'll be the technical owner of ClickHouse's most critical data pipeline integrations. This role sits at the intersection of high-performance database engineering and modern data orchestration, where you'll build the connectors and adapters that enable data teams to seamlessly incorporate ClickHouse into their existing workflows.
You'll own the development and maintenance of our dbt-clickhouse adapter, ensuring data analysts and engineers can leverage dbt's transformation capabilities with ClickHouse's analytical power. You'll also be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our data ingestion connectors in JVM and golang ecosystems, enabling automated data replication from hundreds of sources into ClickHouse with enterprise-grade reliability and performance.
You're architecting the data infrastructure that enables companies to build real-time analytics platforms and modern data warehouses at scale. You'll collaborate with the commercial partners and broader data community to ensure our integrations represent best practices in the modern data stack.
