Project Coordinator – Land Solutions (Remote)
Remote (U.S. based – must work Eastern Time) | Full-Time | Land & Right-of-Way Experience Required
We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support Atwell’s Land Solutions team on a long-standing, high-impact renewable energy program in Michigan (wind and solar). This fully remote role will collaborate closely with both Project Managers and Associate Directors to keep land and right-of-way (ROW) projects running smoothly—from kickoff to completion.

Please note: We are only considering candidates with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in land, ROW, or real estate infrastructure.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Associate Directors to support day-to-day operations on long-term wind and solar projects in Michigan.
Track deliverables, maintain budgets, and flag risks early to keep projects on course.
Lead internal communications—organize meetings, take notes, and support status calls with clients and contractors.
Collaborate across GIS, Land Docs, and Payment teams to meet deliverable timelines.
Prepare proposals, amendments, reports, and assist with invoicing and accrual tracking.
Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with internal quality and documentation standards.
Conduct landownership research, phone/address lookups, and parcel identification.
3+ years of experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, or related real estate/infrastructure work.
Deep familiarity with ROW processes, land documentation, and utility/energy project workflows.
Must be willing to work Eastern Time hours regardless of your physical location.
Proven ability to support remote teams, coordinate across departments, and manage shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Vision, Google Earth, or project tracking tools is a plus.
Professional involvement in IRWA, AAPL, or the real estate industry is a strong plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with a client-first mindset.
