Project Coordinator – Land Solutions (Remote)
Remote (U.S. based – must work Eastern Time) | Full-Time | Land & Right-of-Way Experience Required

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support Atwell’s Land Solutions team on a long-standing, high-impact renewable energy program in Michigan (wind and solar). This fully remote role will collaborate closely with both Project Managers and Associate Directors to keep land and right-of-way (ROW) projects running smoothly—from kickoff to completion.

If you’re a highly organized communicator with land and ROW experience, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while growing your career within the organization.

Please note: We are only considering candidates with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in land, ROW, or real estate infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Associate Directors to support day-to-day operations on long-term wind and solar projects in Michigan.

  • Track deliverables, maintain budgets, and flag risks early to keep projects on course.

  • Lead internal communications—organize meetings, take notes, and support status calls with clients and contractors.

  • Collaborate across GIS, Land Docs, and Payment teams to meet deliverable timelines.

  • Prepare proposals, amendments, reports, and assist with invoicing and accrual tracking.

  • Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with internal quality and documentation standards.

  • Conduct landownership research, phone/address lookups, and parcel identification.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, or related real estate/infrastructure work.

  • Deep familiarity with ROW processes, land documentation, and utility/energy project workflows.

  • Must be willing to work Eastern Time hours regardless of your physical location.

  • Proven ability to support remote teams, coordinate across departments, and manage shifting priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Vision, Google Earth, or project tracking tools is a plus.

  • Professional involvement in IRWA, AAPL, or the real estate industry is a strong plus.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with a client-first mindset.

Why Atwell:
  • Be part of a growing team driving the future of renewable energy infrastructure.

  • Gain exposure to major utility and clean energy clients on high-visibility projects.

  • Fully remote role with structured support and clear pathways for career advancement.

  • Collaborative culture with national reach and real impact.
