Job Description:

This role sits within the Demand Generation team, and will primarily support marketing, SDR, and sales teams to ensure the accuracy and success of the demand organization. You’ll assist through the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning, asset creation (emails and landing pages), smart campaign/trigger activation, data imports, and post activity follow ups. You’ll be working hands-on with our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) to support the execution of campaigns, and subsequent reporting of results and insights to the marketing and sales organizations.

Responsibilities also expand across centrally run HQ initiatives, ensuring that our priority leads are accurately logged and routed to the appropriate member of the Sales team. This is a hands-on role.

What your impact will be:

  • Become a trusted advisor to our Global Marketing Teams. Providing campaign guidance when working to understand the requests from our Marketing Teams, and gaining their trust by working quickly and accurately to support their campaigns.
  • Marketo and Salesforce expertise. Ability to track leads from initial program to Marketo to Salesforce and pipeline. Manage end to end demand flows for multiple channels. Educate stakeholders and enforce best practices.
  • Data, Insights, and Actions. Analyze campaign and flow data in Marketo/Salesforce and recommend optimization solutions to the marketing, SDR, and Sales teams.
  • Directly contribute to Marketing conversion rates and pipeline generation. Managing day-to-day intake of highly converting inbounds to ensure they are accurately logged within the agreed SLA.
  • Improve Operational Efficiency. Suggest system or process improvements. Do you think a flow step could be improved? Do you think our Program Templates need updating? We love to make system improvements, and foster a no-ego environment where you can speak your mind and make suggestions.
  • Contribute to Marketing Operations visibility. We manage our workload through a ticketing system, keeping your assigned tickets updated lets wider teams know the status of their requests and provides clarity on what we’re working on.

What you will bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing operations role, supporting cross-functional marketing teams across multiple campaign types.
  • Hands-on experience using Marketo and Salesforce, with a solid understanding of how the two systems integrate to support lead flow and campaign performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns in Marketo, including asset creation and email templates; basic proficiency in HTML/CSS for editing and troubleshooting preferred.
  • Experience working with integrations between Marketo and third-party platforms (e.g., webinar tools like Zoom, ON24, and event platforms), including tracking engagement and campaign membership.
  • Comfortable owning campaign setup from brief to execution—including audience segmentation, asset QA, testing, and scheduling.
  • Skilled at working with large data sets, including data preparation, deduplication, enrichment, and uploads to ensure clean and standardized data practices.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing and sales processes in B2B environments—including lead lifecycle, funnel stages, handoff, attribution models, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and campaign influence reporting, as well as data governance practices including database hygiene, GDPR compliance, and opt-in/out management.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/project management systems (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) to manage requests, timelines, and campaign delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions to execute campaigns and support marketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate marketing goals into operational requirements and system workflows.
  • Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to identify and resolve issues, optimize processes, and manage multiple projects independently.

What will give you an edge:

  • Marketo Certification
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and object relation.
  • Ability to create reports and analyze data
  • Experience with APIs and Webhooks
