  • Execute campaigns, programs, and content to drive demand across key territories, verticals, and segments.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement full-funnel marketing programs, including webinars, digital campaigns, partner initiatives, and public relations.
  • Use account-based marketing to engage high-priority accounts and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Plan and manage events such as trade shows, conferences, and other activities to generate leads, promote the brand, and engage customers.
  • Ensure effective lead management and follow-up processes with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), sales teams, and partners.
Marketing Planning, Budget and Operations
  • Develop and manage Americas marketing budget.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing efficacy, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to ensure optimizing pursuits, pipeline coverage, acceleration, and alignment across territories.
  • Work directly with marketing and sales operations to ensure consistent lead flow.
Leadership and Team Development
  • Build a high performance marketing team with role clarity and accountability.
  • Proactively negotiate resources and deliverables across the organization.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with the corporate marketing teams.
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead a small team of employees and contractors.
