Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding inbound calls and/or e-mails of customers for the line of business of the United States.

Role:

Answer inbound calls and handle middle and back-office activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.

Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.

Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s.

Active participation in team meetings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree or High School completed (GED) or equivalent.

· Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.

· Advanced English and Excellent Spanish (written and spoken level).

· Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service or related.

Job Offer:

· Temporary 2-month job offer due to high season with 2-month extension option.

· Schedules: 10:00 - 18:00 with 2 days off a week (Saturday and Sunday).

· Remote schedule.

· 3-week training pad period.

· Base salary before taxes of $13, 711 MXN + $1,400 MXN in food coupons + Law Benefits.

· Work Zone:CDMX and Queretaro. Remote
