We are looking for an experienced Employer Brand (EB) Lead to build and strengthen our employer brand across existing and new markets.  As a remote-friendly company with a strong Ukrainian core team, we are growing our global presence and need an Employer Branding expert who understands how to develop our EB awareness and its positioning. This person will be responsible for crafting our employer branding strategy, adapting it for new geographies, and promoting our unique company culture to attract top talent. This person will create and execute our EB strategy and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), to increase EB awareness for attracting top talent. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and our Executive teams to create a clear, authentic employer story that reflects our global goals,company values and people-centered culture.

About your key responsibilities and impact:
  • Develop and lead the Employer Branding strategy across global markets, aligned with company’ strategy and culture;
  • Shape and articulate a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that corresponds to the company's needs;
  • Create and execute multi-channel EB campaigns, using social media, international digital platforms, remote job boards, online communities and other digital instruments;
  • Drive and manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed, inspired, and aligned — including but not limited to newsletters, leadership updates, important timely announcements;
  • Lead and manage EB team (currently 3 people), providing direction, support, and development opportunities;
  • Develop and track key EB performance metrics that would help our company to measure effectiveness of EB activities and provide space for improvements;
  • Lead remote hiring events, online and offline conferences;
  • Lead the development of internal employer branding initiatives to strengthen employee connection and engagement, including but not limited to leading planning and execution of corporate events.
Essential professional experience:

Experience and Background

  • 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or a related Marketing role with experience in HR.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful EB strategies, especially in remote work environments with an accent on digital channels of EB development.
  • Experience working across multiple markets.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end conference management.
  • Professional experience in managing internal communications.
  • Practical experience in corporate event management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Ukrainian professional culture and values is a plus.

Skills and knowledge

  • Proven experience in developing, getting approval for, and executing EB strategies and EVP across multiple markets;
  • Expert in digital EB and recruitment marketing tools and channels — including remote job platforms, LinkedIn, Instagram, targeted advertising;
  • Practical experience launching and optimizing digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.);
  • Strong analytical mindset — confident in reading performance metrics and making data-driven decisions;
  • Confident using data and metrics to improve performance;
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and lead a team in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication in English. Ukrainian or Polish are a plus.
