Location:

Salary Range:
up to 3500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst who can take full ownership of paid search campaigns and performance analytics. This is not just a campaign management role; we're seeking someone who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and can communicate performance insights and ROI to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts.
  • Draft and refine ad copy (ChatGPT can be used as a tool).
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and communicate diagnostics and solutions.
  • Own monthly client reporting for both Google Ads and SEO performance.
  • Attribute results accurately using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign strategy and tracking systems.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using Agency Analytics or other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog).
  • Background working in marketing agencies or managing multiple client accounts.
  • Understanding of UTM parameters and tracking frameworks.
  • Experience with CRO or A/B testing platforms.
  • Exposure to GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.
