Our GxP Quality Assurance team enables Egnyte and our customers to have confidence in our platform when used to support GxP operations.  The team is responsible for the design and maintenance of a GxP compliant Quality Management System and Egnyte’s GxP Computer Software Assurance Program.  Egnyte is taking exciting steps forward to bring Generative AI to our GxP platform and you accordingly will help develop the future direction of computer system assurance standards in the industry.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • The Software Validation Testing Specialist reports to the Head of GxP Quality Assurance
  • Collaborates with Product Teams and the Validation Team to understand the product roadmap and release schedule and help evaluate changes related to GxP use and their validation requirements.
  • Responsible for writing, approving, and executing test cases directed to evaluate product requirements.
  • Responsible for developing test cases in an automated testing environment.
  • Responsible for writing, reviewing, and approving validation documentation including functional requirements, regulatory compliance assessments, validation plans, and validation summaries.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements in our Agile Software Development Lifecycle and GxP Validation Processes.
  • The Software Validation Testing Specialist role is a remote position.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

•  1-3 years of experience in computer software validation and within GxP regulated environments.

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in developing test cases in an automated environment a nice to have.
  • Experience in Computer Software Assurance based validation or critical thinking skills preferred.
  • Comfortable in an Agile Development environment that requires the ability to adapt to change and motivate others to achieve excellence in a dynamic environment and will bring exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

•  Able to effectively prioritize work in a self-paced environment to deliver results.

  • Works well with internationally diverse team members.
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
