About the Role

Were seeking a Functional Analyst / Product Owner (Semi Senior or Senior) to join a growing digital banking initiative. This hybrid role blends functional analysis with product ownership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality documentation, strong business alignment, and a user-centered approach to delivery.

You'll be a key bridge between business and tech, ensuring that knowledge is preserved, requirements are clear, and that our team builds with purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

Translate business needs and user expectations into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation (requirements, process flows, manuals, API documentation, etc.)
Build a deep understanding of our platforms logic, capabilities, and business goals becoming the go-to person for product knowledge
Coordinate and execute functional testing to ensure product quality
Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feedback collection
Work closely with developers, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure alignment and shared understanding
Collaborate in shaping product vision, prioritizing features, and aligning development with strategic goals

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in Functional Analysis or Product Ownership
Strong documentation skills, including experience with user stories, diagrams, manuals, and API references
Proven ability to gather, define, and clarify complex requirements with both business and technical teams
Experience planning and executing functional test cases and coordinating UAT sessions
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical and strategic perspectives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
(Nice to have) Familiarity with agile methodologies, design thinking, or lean product development
