Job description

Job brief

The purpose of this role will be to support the end-to-end process of talent search as a partner for clients. And be a part of strategies with a team to drive quality of talent search and well coordinate across the team, and be an ambassador for Focal Resource Recruitment.

Responsibilities
  • Facilities recruitment activities end to end process, including the job posting, communication within the team and consultants.
  • Coordinate with the consultant and the client to prepare a short list of candidates for the client.
  • Follow up and update client feedback to the consultants' team.
  • Organise interview sessions between clients and shortlist candidates.
  • Completed the hiring process after the client confirmed the hire of the candidate and deal with the TA team as related.
  • Update candidate profiles and talent pools in the recruitment system.
  • Provide professional advice and feedback to candidates in a timely.
  • Manage and understand the terms and conditions of recruitment and ensure all documentation is fully completed.
  • Understanding market trends and acting as a Talent Advisor to clients.
  • Coaching candidates in preparation for interviews and providing them with professional advice and honest feedback in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining the existing talent pool candidates to ensure information is current and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
  • Building sound relationships with candidates, the team and key stakeholders, maintaining a positive attitude based on Focal Resources' Core Values, Fast Moving, Customer First, Adaptable and Supportive, and being persistent in delivering a world-class service are all attributes that are required for this role.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degrees in any field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in a sourcing/recruiting role or agency.
  • Ability to perform multiple high-level and well-managed Talent Search end-to-end processes.
  • The ability to recruit against multiple functions and various industries will be an advantage for your profile.
  • Ability to create job boards, social recruiting, and internet searches.
  • Ability to utilise the Recruitment system, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Ability to handle independently based on one's own accountability.
  • Passionate, people-driven, confident communicator with a credible style
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English
  • Passionate about working everywhere, but well manage work under pressure and high commitment.
  • Focused on the results and quality of the outcome.
  • Passion to raise the new initiative in your own role.
