Take ownership for leading challenging projects
This role, you will create the final Surface Wellhead and Tree as well as Test Fixtures engineering design from conceptual/proposal design approved by customer. You will be focusing on the verification of the product using hand calculation or simulation software.

As an Engineer – ETO - Product Design and Structural Analysis you will be responsible for:

  • Developing Surface Wellhead and Tree final engineering design which fit the needs of the client while emphasizing proven technologies and existing solutions.
  • Generating designs, machine detail drawings, stack up drawings, Bill of Material, calculations, engineering part information, and Field Service Manual, to meet customer requirements and industry standard (API6A), with guidance from senior engineering resources.
  • Performing verification using hand calculation (ASME, Machinery handbook,) or simulation software (Ansys)
  • Ensuring Engineering deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
  • Designing test fixtures for pressure/load test following company standards.
  • Involving in analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with 3D models and 2D machine detail drawings using CAD software.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience with structural analysis using hand calculation (ASME, Machinery handbook) or simulation software (Ansys)
  • Have experience in verification method for pressure containing equipment (pressure vessel)
  • Have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have the ability to apply thorough knowledge of engineering and drafting standards, codes and regulations affecting particular disciplines or drafting projects.
  • Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment across different time zones.
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems.
  • Have excellent report writing and presentation skills and an ability to articulate technical information clearly
