Position Overview

Index Analytics is seeking a Salesforce Admin (Jr.) to support Government clients in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. Metro Area. The Salesforce Admin (Jr.) will collaborate with our other Salesforce Administrators and Developers to build and support Salesforce applications.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and releases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to deployments, mergers, and environment synchronization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather technical requirements, implement solutions, and provide post-deployment support.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and features, ensuring our environment leverages the best and latest functionalities.
Qualifications

  • US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years with an ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and the ability to gain the Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification within the first year.
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and environment management.
  • Understanding of tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
