Description

The Supervisor Client Travel Coordinator oversees the Client Travel Coordinator team in daily processes, team development, and schedules.  The individual must have strong relationships within the Operations Control Center with the goal of providing outstanding and efficient solutions to incoming crew airline travel, catering, and ground transportation needs from customers while ensuring accuracy and following all company operating procedures.  The individual has a strong ability to train departmental processes and procedures.  This position will require you to work in the office located in Overland Park, KS.  This is not a hybrid or remote role. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Perform all duties and responsibilities of a Client Travel Coordinator while on duty
  • Aid the OCC Training Manager and Owner Services Manager in initial and recurrent training for all team members
  • Perform shift training for all new hires
  • Lead day-of operations in the Client Travel Coordinator department as directed by the Manager on Duty or Owner Services Manager
  • Upkeep departmental resource needs that include but are not limited to Vendor lists and training guides
  • Maintain the Client Travel Coordinator team staff schedule
  • Review/approve all Paid Time Benefit and schedule changes in a timely manner
  • Must be highly knowledgeable of the Airshare Owner Services Operations Manual, Company Operations Specifications, Company Policies and Procedures, and other pertinent information relating to duties
  • Perform other duties and assignments, as requested by the Owner Services Manager or other Management Staff
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of high-end customer service experience in a corporate environment.  Must be willing and able to work days, evenings and weekends.   

 

  • You must have at least one year of experience in a Client Travel Coordinator role or in a Supervisory role
  • Must have strong scheduling and analytical skills 
  • Skills in communicating clearly and effectively with people at all levels, both oral and written  
  • Highly organized with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and prioritization  
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality  
  • Demonstrate initiative with minimum supervision
