About the Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy, results-driven Technical Recruiter to help scale our client delivery efforts across both U.S.-based and offshore technical hiring needs. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent in the AEC, Real Estate Development, and Infrastructure industries—including CAD Designers, BIM Coordinators, MEP Engineers, AutoCAD Draftsmen, Civil and Structural Engineers, and related specialists involved in data center builds, infrastructure expansion, and commercial development.

This is a mission-critical role supporting a high volume of projects across diverse geographies. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the offshore talent market and combine strong recruiting instincts with modern sourcing tools, AI-driven automation, and performance tracking to deliver rapid, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles supporting both U.S. and offshore projects
  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and AI-powered tools
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical capabilities, project fit, and availability
  • Build and maintain pipelines of pre-vetted talent aligned with current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with account managers and client delivery teams to understand staffing priorities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or similar systems
  • Generate performance reports and recruiting metrics as needed
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Stay current with AEC hiring trends, compensation data, and global workforce dynamics
Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with a focus on AEC roles (CAD, BIM, Engineering).
  • Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms—experience with AI-powered sourcing or screening tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
