What You'll Be Doing:

  • Meet with Families on Zoom – Run virtual appointments weekly to review benefits and finalize policies using e-signatures.

  • Follow Up & Build Relationships – Stay connected with clients, answer questions, and collect 3–5 referrals per appointment.

  • Grow Into Leadership – Coach new reps, lead daily team huddles, and help build our growing national team.

  • No Cold Calling – All appointments are with families who requested coverage through their union or association.

What You’ll Need:

  • Great communication skills on Zoom (coachable & professional)

  • Self-discipline and drive to hit weekly activity goals

  • Basic tech skills – CRM, Zoom, Calendly, Slack, etc.

  • Life & Health license (or willing to get one – we help you!)

  • Interest in future leadership or mentorship opportunities

  • Uncapped Income: First-year reps average $65K–$120K. Top reps earn $150K–$200K+.
