The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AL programming, extension development, and BC customization. The candidate is responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting Business Central implementations based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language and extensions.
- Work with consultants and end-users to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable BC solutions.
- Develop reports (RDLC, Word Layout) and customizations using Visual Studio Code.
- Integrate BC with third-party applications and APIs using REST/OData/Power Platform.
- Assist with upgrades from NAV to Business Central.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed solutions.
- Provide technical support during and after implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with D365 Business Central (preferably on-premises and SaaS versions).
- Strong knowledge of AL development, extensions, and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience with Data Migration, Web Services, and API integrations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Stack: Azure, Power Platform, SQL Server, and DevOps tools.
- Basic understanding of functional modules: Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, etc.
- Experience in report development (RDLC and Word Layout).
- Knowledge of C/AL and NAV is a plus.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional/Technical Consultant Associate.
- Knowledge of standard connectors and integrations with other Microsoft 365 tools.
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or D365 CRM customizations (e.g., plugins, workflows).
- Experience with Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
- Microsoft Certifications (PL G00, PL-100, PL-200) are a plus.
- Immediate joiner or maximum 20 days of notice period.
