Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective job descriptions
Source top talent via LinkedIn, job portals, , networking, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
Prepare and extend offers, manage candidate negotiations, and support onboarding
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or SAP consulting
Familiarity with SAP roles (e.g., SD, MM, ABAP, Basis, FICO, etc.) is a strong advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring across EMEA and/or APAC regions
Prior agency and in-house recruitment experience
Understanding of global hiring practices and compliance
Fluency in English; other languages (e.g., German, , Hungarian) are a plus
