High school graduate or college-level education
Proven experience as a Solar Project Coordinator for a U.S.-based company or in a similar role
At least 1 year of experience handling solar interconnection applications with California utilities (e.g., PGE, SCE, SDG&E, LADWP); experience in Texas and Florida is a plus
Skilled in creating and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and action plans
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Excellent team collaboration and client-facing abilities
Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance practices
Practical experience with project management tools (e.g., CRMs)
Average communication and typing skills
Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable power source
Willing to work night shifts and split rest days, as required by the schedule
