This position has no direct supervisory responsibility but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department and a champion for innovation and automation within specific departmental and customer workflows. Therefore, the employee must lead through influence and persuasion rather than dominance and coercion.

  • Participate in Roadmap building and project follow-through.
  • Troubleshooting product/system bugs and coordinating/communicating maintenance updates.
  • Perform market and competitive landscape research to support business plans/cases.
  • Manage product-centric projects and collaborate across departments using positivity and persuasion to get people to perform.
  • Monitor product success via financial projections and performance.
  • Collaborate strategically with marketing and other departments to formulate go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
