Job Title: Senior Creative Project Manager – Brand, Design & Marketing
Location: Remote in South Africa
UK Working Hours: UK working hours: 9am–5pm UK, flexible
Contract Type: Freelance or contract term

Job Description:
We’re looking for a senior-level Project Manager to support busy accounts and help improve internal processes. You'll manage workflow across 2–3 active accounts, acting as the key link between strategy, creative, and digital teams. This role requires sharp attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a love for brand building. There’s potential to grow into a permanent or long-term fixed role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple creative workflows and project timelines

  • Liaise between accounts, strategy, design, and digital teams

  • Streamline processes and improve PM tools

  • Ensure smooth delivery of print, digital, web, and animation work

  • Support resourcing and studio management as needed


Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years’ agency experience in a project management role

  • Proven experience in brand, creative, or marketing agencies

  • Experience in infrastructure, place, property, and place branding

  • Solid understanding of branding strategy and creation

  • Strong knowledge of print and digital production

  • Exposure to the full marketing mix

Approach & Soft Skills:

  • Highly organised and proactive

  • Able to think ahead and manage deadlines across multiple projects

  • Excellent written communication and proofing skills

  • Strong client relationship skills and commercial awareness

  • Team-oriented, ego-free, with a positive, solution-driven attitude
