About the job:
We are now recruiting a Senior Customer Solutions Manager. This position plays a key role in driving the ETF’s commercial growth by identifying, pursuing and securing workforce development opportunities withing new and existing FE and Skills providers (FE Colleges, Independent Training Providers, Adult Community Learning, and large Employers with training).
Your profile
As a Customer Solutions Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish new and enhanced ETF Partnerships, expand our customer base by building and nurturing relationships with key customers and strategic prospects. The role will increase revenue and market presence, through the effective identification of customer problems/challenges and matching these with ETF solutions. Helping to embed ETF products and services that add real customer value, enhancing ETF’s market position and ensuring long-term customer success.
The successful candidate will have:

  1. Identify, contact and engage with potential customers / ETF Partners to generate new business and commercial income growth.
  2. Achieve personal monthly KPI’s and any additional targets as defined by the business.
  3. Manage your opportunity pipeline in CRM, delivering accurate forecasts and to achieve quarterly quotas.
  4. Qualify leads and determine their potential to convert into long-term business.
  5. Successfully match and communicate how ETF solutions can solve customer problems and/or create value. Positioning product and services within the customer’s business context.
  6. Collaborate closely with Product and customer engagement teams to contribute to the overall success and growth of the organisation.

     

The successful candidate will be:
  1. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  2. Extensive experience across full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  3. Ability to demonstrate strong understanding, knowledge and experience of ‘solution selling; within workforce / learning and development environments.
  4. Can uncover underlying pain points, not just surface-level needs. Being skilled at asking smart, strategic, open-ended questions
  5. Ability to communicate how solution options can solves problems and/or create value. Positioning product and services within the customer’s business context.
