Job description

Are you a customer-focused professional with a background in transport and logistics? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Centre Operator to join our fast-paced team in Rosehill. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring our customers' deliveries are managed efficiently, safely, and with care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of customer products to end users within required timeframes and service specifications.
  • Liaise with customers, end users, and internal stakeholders via phone and email to provide clear and timely updates.
  • Schedule delivery resources across Team Global Express and third-party providers.
  • Accurately enter and track information in CRM, ERP, and TMS systems to support delivery execution and billing.
  • Communicate timelines and requirements in line with task-specific SOPs.
  • Process notifications and updates in accordance with agreed service standards.
  • Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed in line with Team Global Express and legislative HSE guidelines.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of transport or logistics experience, especially in dispatch or allocation roles.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle complex delivery information and queries.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritize under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Confident in using systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, TMS/CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
