The Merchandising Coordinator is responsible to provide expertise and best practice recommendations in regards to value-suggesting merchandising.  This includes photography vendors and technology for vehicles as well as parts.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce merchandising standards by assessing virtual showrooms and working with dealership personnel and the Retail Marketing Operations team.

  • Recognize opportunities for process improvements at dealerships, work with store and Marketing Managers to improve merchandising.

  • Explore new technologies, hardware and software and educate Marketing Managers and dealership personnel.

  • Keep management apprised of potential issues and opportunities.

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Automotive retail experience is a must.
