We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements, deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access, infrastructure and safety.

About the Opportunity
The Solution Architect will lead the architecture of AEM-based web and content platforms, designing scalable, reusable components and automated workflows. With strong expertise in software architecture and enterprise solution design, you bring hands-on experience with AEM 6.5+, Java, RESTful services, front-end technologies, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. You’re also skilled in modern DevOps toolchains, headless CMS, GraphQL APIs, and thrive in Agile delivery environments.
Reporting to the Lead Solution Architect, the Senior Solution Architect will deliver insight-driven commercial data solutions that enhance decision-making, efficiency, and revenue, while building and optimizing data models and pipelines for real-time & analytical use. The role will focus on ensuring all solutions are strategically aligned with the broader technology roadmap and business objectives, while delivering intuitive, reliable, and responsive platforms that elevate the customer experience.
About you
You are a seasoned technology professional with a strong foundation in solution architecture, backed by a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. You bring extensive experience designing enterprise-level systems, particularly within AEM environments, and have cross-functional exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as SaaS products. You have a customer-first mindset, consistently designing intuitive, user-focused solutions that support both customer-facing platforms and internal systems.
Your deep understanding of architectural best practices, standards, and governance frameworks allows you to create scalable, strategic solutions that align closely with business objectives. You excel at building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams and are skilled at communicating complex concepts in a clear, accessible way. With a passion for collaboration, you work effectively with cross-functional Agile teams and thrive in environments that embrace continuous learning, innovation, and modern delivery practices such as DevSecOps and human-centered design.
You may also hold a master's degree in a business or technology discipline and certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman. Your analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and drive to stay ahead of industry trends make you a trusted advisor and valued contributor to any team.
