Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
Create and maintain database of tenants in the market with near-term maturities using CoStar and similar tools
Develop and update database of active buildings or troubled assets for leasing market intelligence
Maintain detailed spreadsheet of market lease comparables
Gather, analyze, interpret, and present real estate trends and Atlanta office market data
Create and maintain comparable building summaries, tracking rental rate and occupancy changes with in-depth competitive analysis
Leasing & Transaction Support
Compile information for leasing activity reports
Draft proposals, redline, and prepare final form Letters of Intent (LOIs) with leasing department guidance
Enter lease term economics into proprietary database systems
Track and distribute fully executed leases to brokers and customers
Coordinate with accounting on lease abstracts once leases are executed
Track and send First Right of Refusal letters to customers
Data & Systems Management
Maintain and update CoStar, LoopNet, and proprietary real estate databases
Maintain accurate building stacking plans and floor plans in coordination with internal and external teams
Ensure Salesforce database is current with broker/client contact information and activity entries
Update Salesforce activity as requested and prepare monthly reports based on Salesforce activities
Respond to data requests and updates from LoopNet and CoStar
