You'll create the operational backbone that will power dozens, then hundreds of campuses nationwide, setting the new gold standard in educational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and implement sophisticated AI systems that monitor, predict, and optimize daily campus operations across our growing network
• Architect scalable franchise models using advanced AI tools that ensure operational consistency while allowing for local optimization
• Lead end-to-end campus buildouts, managing contractors, timelines, and budgets to deliver exceptional learning environments on schedule
• Develop predictive analytics frameworks that identify operational inefficiencies before they impact performance
• Create automated systems that maintain regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
