Zayo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Executive Senior Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and lead high-impact sales initiatives with top-tier global banks. This supervisory role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales, client management, and business development within financial services and technology. The Client Executive Senior Manager will supervise a sales role that manages financial service accounts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complex, high value-driven solutions to these financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to increase wallet share and achieve revenue retention objectives.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.

  • Foster Long-Term Relationships: Expand relationships across multiple business units, geographies and leadership levels. Develop strong executive relationships.

  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities leveraging industry insights and relationships.

  • Manage Complex Sales Cycles: Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value deals.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver customized solutions that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Monitor Sales Performance: Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs) using CRM tools to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

  • Align with Senior Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to ensure that sales initiatives are aligned with broader company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Global Account Management with a focus on outcome based selling to large financial institutions.

  • Management experience is highly preferred but not required.

  • Proven track record in managing and growing high-value, strategic client relationships.

  • Significant experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in working with
    large global banks.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.

  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.

Location: This role will consider applicants that reside in the New York City metro area.

Estimated Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $196,000 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
