Zoom is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Product Operations to join our dynamic Product team. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling a world-class product operations function. You will drive operational excellence across the product organization. Your focus will be equipping product teams with the right processes, tools, and data to build and launch outstanding products that delight customers and fuel business growth.

About the Team

As the Head of Product Operations, you will work cross-functionally with leaders in product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to streamline the entire product development lifecycle. You will be a master of efficiency, a data-driven decision-maker, and a passionate advocate for continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Driving new product introductions from concept to launch by collaborating with cross-functional teams and tracking post-launch success.
• Fostering alignment and communication across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure clarity on strategy, timelines, and dependencies.
• Championing data-driven decision making by owning the product data stack, partnering with Data Science, and providing insights that inform product strategy.
• Leading the evaluation, implementation, and management of product tools and infrastructure, including AI solutions to boost team productivity.
• Facilitating strategic planning processes with strategy, finance, and product leadership to ensure resource allocation aligns with business priorities.
• Establishing and optimizing scalable product development processes and maintaining centralized documentation to support consistency and knowledge sharing.  Running product QBRs and building a high-performing product operations team through effective leadership, mentorship, and development initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly advantageous.
• Bring extensive experience in product management, product operations, or related roles, with a proven ability to build and scale product operations in technology-driven environments.
• Demonstrate a long-standing track record of successfully building, leading, and developing high-performing teams in leadership roles.
• Demonstrate robust analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights using product analytics platforms and data tools.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Apply strategic thinking to solve complex problems and make data-informed decisions.
• Bring expertise in product management and collaboration tools, including AI tools, and experience developing narratives to clearly communicate product strategy.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
