Motor Damage FNOL agentKey roles
The FNOL recovery agent reports to the FNOL Team leader and is responsible for the processing of all Hertz FNOL claims, processing Third Party recoveries to the relevant claim handler/ Insurance provider, presenting to DCU completed documentation for the recovery of damage cost and replying to Hertz customers gathering supporting details for their damage charges
Specific responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Reporting the incidents – Ensuring the Claims are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Open case and determine handling
Process claims -Damage costs are documented; liability is established, and a claim is initiated against the relevant party where appropriate
Ensure the quality and accuracy of data entry into Darwin
Ensure all claims are opened within 24 hours of notification with correct disposition to determine if the file is 1st party, 3rd party or info only
Match VDA’s to the claim
Reply to customers when contact is logged. Retrieve supporting documents as required.
Follow up with return location for submission of the accident report form, pictures and any relevant documents as required
Ensure corporate standards and procedures are adhered to
Maintain target of completing recovery in less than 10 working days
Ad hoc tasks as required

Previous experience of working in an office environment an advantage
Fluency in market specific language– Written & Spoken
Intermediate level in Microsoft office is required
Knowledge of Hertz systems e.g. GAR desirable but not essential
