Currently, we are looking for an Engagement Director to join our team in Germany focusing on the industrial and automative sector.

Your daily responsibilities:

Manage 3–5 strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and diversification.
Identify new business opportunities within large enterprise clients.
Build strong relationships with C-level and senior executives.
Ensure clients leverage Nordcloud’s full value proposition across infrastructure, applications, and consulting.
Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Represent Nordcloud at industry events and in media.
Collaborate closely with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud partners.
Share market insights with internal teams to inform product and marketing strategies.
Inspire stakeholders and contribute to Nordcloud’s industry leadership

Your key skills:

Proven success in enterprise-level solution selling.
Strong background in public cloud services.
Sales-driven with a deep appreciation for delivery excellence.
Fluent in German and English, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
