REQUIRED SERVICE: Real Estate Business Support

SHIFT HOURS: 8 AM - 5 PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

CRM Specialist & Lead Generation Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CRM Data Clean-Up & Database Management
    Audit 1,100+ new leads to verify updated contact information, responsiveness, and viability.
    Reclassify leads into accurate status categories: Hot, Nurture, Long-Term, Dead, Do Not Contact.
    Complete missing fields, including name, email, phone, birthday, address, and notes.
    Merge duplicate profiles and remove outdated or inactive records.
    Maintain an organized database of past, present, and future clients
    Build and update pipeline dashboards and provide weekly activity reports.
  • Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
    Use the Lofty dialer to call leads and set appointments.
    Qualify leads using custom scripts based on buyer/seller readiness.
    Schedule appointments (no same-day live transfers unless requested).
    Record detailed call notes and action steps in Lofty.
    Update the pipeline with warm/hot leads and assign follow-up tasks.
    Re-engage dropped conversations or missed appointments.
    Participate in weekly sales meetings to review progress and strategies.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Smart Campaigns & Drip Follow-Ups
  • Review, refine, and rebuild Smart Plans within Lofty.
  • Segment leads by type and apply appropriate nurture campaigns (e.g., 8x8, 36-touch, birthday follow-ups).
  • Schedule email/SMS drip sequences to maintain engagement.
  • Create follow-up tasks for non-responsive leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized records.
  • Excellent communication skills for lead qualification and appointment setting.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize lead pipelines for improved conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, follow-up campaigns, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and dashboard creation.
