Job description

The opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join Unity’s multidisciplinary design studio - the creative force behind Unity’s brand identity. Our team leads the creation of inspiring campaigns, websites, promotional materials, and brand experiences for Unity teams across the globe.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders from around the world to bring high-impact ideas to life. In the short term, success means contributing to campaigns and marketing initiatives with high attention to detail and creativity. In the long term, you’ll grow into a key contributor who owns and leads projects across a wide range of design disciplines.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, diverse, and passionate team with many opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

*This role is a temporary position as a maternity leave cover*.

What you'll be doing

  • Design high-quality visual assets for campaigns, web, and social platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders across global offices
  • Work within Unity’s brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through execution
  • Balance multiple deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for

  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing design work
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with brand systems and working within style guides
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and pay close attention to detail

You might also have

  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion tools
  • Experience working in tech or a global organization
  • Interest in 3D, video, or interactive design
  • Experience with CMS platforms or basic web design
  • Curiosity, creative thinking, and a collaborative mindset
