Are you the go-to person for tech help amongst peers or someone who loves problem solving and helping others with their IT skills? DYOPATH is looking for a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst who's passionate about tech support and enjoys helping people get back on track quickly.

As a valued member of DYOPATH, you will work closely with IT professionals to escalate and resolve challenges, ensuring the efficient operation of the DYOPATH team and its clients. You will be a friendly voice that guides users through technical errors. Working with the IT team to escalate and solve complex cases, gaining hands-on experience helping you grow in the IT field.

Details

  • Location: Remote
  • 2 Shifts Availabile:
    • 9:00am CST – 6:00pm CST, Monday - Friday
    • 3:00am CST - 12:00pm CST,  Monday- Friday
  • Pay: 17K pesos monthly

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone & email
  • Log and manage support tickets; escalate complex issues as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks
  • Ensure timely and accurate issue resolution and follow-up
  • Maintain up to date technical knowledge through ongoing learning
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required, degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Advanced English Skills - oral and written
  • Preferred certifications: HDI-SCA, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • 1-2 years' experience in technical support, ideally in service desk environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic network troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to manage multiple priorities
