Summary

Gainwell Technologies is looking for a Wisconsin Medicaid Trainer to join our Training team supporting the state’s Medicaid program. This individual will deliver and help design training programs that enhance team member performance and ensure compliance with program policies and procedures. You will play a critical role in onboarding and continuous education for teams supporting Wisconsin Medicaid.

Your role in our mission

As a Wisconsin Medicaid Trainer, you will:

  • Conduct virtual and/or on-site training sessions focused on non-technical skills and Medicaid-specific content.

  • Collaborate with business units to define course objectives, identify required trainee knowledge, and create effective learning solutions.

  • Assist with the creation of lesson plans and develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.

  • Gather and analyze training evaluations to measure course effectiveness and participant learning outcomes.

  • Support training needs assessments and maintain training records in compliance with standards.

  • Participate in the review of third-party training content to assess feasibility and alignment with Gainwell and state standards.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with communication strategies for virtual and in-person presentations.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet training deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common e-learning tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint).

  • 100% remote work for Wisconsin residents, with the possibility of in-state travel for onsite training needs.

  • Work schedule falls between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.

The pay range for this position is $54,300.00 - $77,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
