Social Media Video Editor (Graduate)

What You’ll Be Doing:

🎬 Editing videos made to go viral on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Facebook
🧠 Turning raw content into viral-ready edits that hook and hold till the end
📈 Helping test new formats and editing styles based on performance data
📅 Organizing and delivering content on tight schedules

Bonus Points If You Have:

💡 Experience with AI editing tools and/or AI Content Creation
💡 Experience working with creators or editing for social-first brands

💡Experience working with creators or editing for social-first brand

💡Experience creating thumbnails that grab attention

💡A sense of humor — understanding comedic timing and snappy captions is key!

✅ Passionate about editing — you’ve probably been cutting videos since you were 14
✅ Obsessed with short-form — you know what works and what makes people scroll or stay
✅ Creative and fast — you bring ideas, not just cuts
✅ Detail-oriented and organized — even when juggling lots of content
✅ Eager to grow and not afraid of feedback — you want to level up constantly

Tools You Should Know:

✔️ Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software)
✔️ Bonus: AI editing tools and AI tools in general
