Product Area Lead

This is a high-impact role where you will work with our team, Bonnie, in a new high-impact strategic AI initiative, all while being responsible for the direction of our insight and activation, where we help our customers with predictive, explainable, and actionable insights to drive higher personalization and commercial success.

About the role

As a Product Area Lead at Voyado Engage, you will not only set the direction for your area, but you will also take direct responsibility for multiple product teams, acting as a senior product manager. The team you'd be acting as a Senior Product Manager for is our team Bonnie, where you'd get in at the very beginning. Bonnie is an always-on, in-app assistant designed to guide, automate, and take action across our CRM platform.

As a Product Area Lead, you will continuously identify and drive opportunities for improvement across the product lifecycle, showing product excellence by coaching others, creating shared standards, and modelling a customer-centric and outcome-driven mindset.

Some examples of your responsibilities:

• Develop a compelling vision and long-term roadmap for your area aligned with Voyados' goals; translate into tactical plans balancing innovation, speed, and stability.
• Leading strategic planning and roadmap discussions with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Customer Success to align initiatives and build effective partnerships across the business to make sure we’re aligned and moving forward together.
• Manage product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and iteration, monitoring KPIs to assess impact and insights.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to senior and experienced product managers, contributing to the growth and development of the product area and teams as a whole.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly, robust, and value-bringing product experiences. 
  

So, who are you? 

You are a strong communicator, business-oriented, and possess a strategic mindset that enables you to drive meaningful change. In addition to these attributes, you are likely:

• Senior within Product Management, from roles such as Product Area Lead, Senior Product Manager, Domain Lead, or similar.
• Experienced in defining strategy, roadmaps, and successfully delivering outcomes at scale.
• Experienced in modern product development of B2B products.
• A strong people leader who knows how to coach, empower, and elevate those around you.
• An excellent communicator in English.

Considering Bonnie is related to our AI initiatives, it would also be meritorious if you have experience in delivering successful AI products, working closely with AI/ML teams, and understanding core concepts around LLMs. And as the area is focusing on activation and insight, it would be highly meritorious if you have experience in analytics, dashboard platforms, or similar.
