Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives or senior management. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels. Core responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to A- Flo, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports for A-Flo, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Act as a liaison between A-FLO and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Conduct research and compile information as needed to support Rechelle in decision-making processes, project management, and strategic initiatives. Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, proactively identifying areas where support is needed to optimise business productivity and effectiveness.
