The Role: Strategic Project Manager

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-impact research projects from concept to completion. Acting as the linchpin between clients and internal delivery teams, you'll manage complex timelines, coordinate recruitment of hard-to-reach audiences, and ensure that every project meets the client's strategic needs and quality standards. This role blends client-facing communication, operational execution, and strategic input, offering exceptional exposure and a direct path to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of survey project delivery from client brief to dataset delivery
  • Scope projects and manage feasibility assessments, timelines, and strategic alignment
  • Coordinate internal teams to recruit highly specific global contributors
  • Communicate with high-stakes clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Pre-empt and manage client issues to ensure high satisfaction
  • Provide operational insights to improve delivery models, pricing, and products
  • Report on account performance, project forecasts, and CRM updates

About You

  • 1- 3 years of experience in strategy consulting (essential)
  • Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple workstreams under pressure
  • Experience with private equity clients or PE due diligence (preferred)
  • Background in market research, data collection, or expert networks (advantageous)
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in fast-paced environments
  • Client-focused, proactive, and ownership-driven
